This may mean you incorrectly typed your login page URL or that your free account has been deleted. Free accounts are automatically deleted when 30 consecutive days go by without a single login.
Please get in touch with AceProject customer service for further details if you are receiving this message.
A free account may be restored if it has been deleted less than 30 days ago as we keep backups for the last 30 days. However, 1 hour of tech work will be charged to have an account restored from a backup. This charge will be refunded if the client subsequently subscribes for a full year to any of our paying packages. Of course, if your free account has been deleted, the other option is to start fresh with a new free account and this may be done at https://signup.aceproject.com/.
I have had a lightly used Free Account. I am about to start another project or update an existing one. Its a great tool, for a long time user of MS Project like me who no longer has a valid licence. It is better for me that it is web based.
I was unable to log in today, as the Website did not respond to clicking on the word LogIn.
