The Portfolio: Statistics for All Projects page provides
statistical data for all users and projects.
The Portfolio: Statistics for All Projects
page includes four elements:
The title bar shows the page title. The following link is
available at the end of the title bar:

lets you reach the contextual help.
The Project Selection Drop-Down The project selection drop-down lets you choose whether to
visualize statistics for one or all projects. The statistics for all
projects are brief while those of a specific project are broken down by
several criteria.

The Main Statistics Table The main statistics table provides summary information for all
existing projects in your account. The fields displayed when viewing a
specific project's statistics are described
here.
- The "Total Projects" field provides the total number of existing
projects in your account.
- The "Total Completed Projects" field provides the total
number of completed projects in your account.

- The "Total Tasks" field provides the total number of
existing tasks in your account.
- The "Total Documents" field provides the total number of
"Project Documents" and "Task Documents" in your account, as well as the
total amount of storage space they use.

of hours entered in time sheets, for all projects.

The Users Statistics Table The Users Statistics table provides summary information for all
existing users in your account. By default, only active users are displayed.
Inactive users' statistics may be displayed by clicking on the "Show Inactive
Users" link located below the table
